Scottys Restaurant

My husband and I went in tonight for dinner, it was by far the worst dinner we've ever experienced. We are locals, I've never been and wanted to try their Escargot. I saw there was a lot of good reviews and made me excited. Well jokes was on us. We spent over $100 for the two of us and the food was not tasteful. The escargot is served on canned spinach even. It was so disappointing. The lobster tail honestly was the nastiest tasting lobster I've ever tried to stomach. I had one bite only, left the rest on my plate. The cocktail sauce was ketchup. The spinach and artichoke dip was mainly just warmed up cream cheese with a little spinach inside and shredded cheese on top. Horrible.. Every lemonade we were charged $4 each and every refill, now that wouldn't be a bother if we were told or it was even on the menu, but it wasn't. We will literally never ever go back again. I would rather eat Doritos from between my uncleaned toes than ever try giving that place my service again. I would give it -5 stars if possible. Way too over priced for terrible food. Highly disappointed with Scotty's.

A classic restaurant. Decorated and an easy and relaxing manor. Nothing special really, but nothing wrong with it either. I ordered The Apple Bacon Stuffed Chicken ($18). This is a Chicken Breast stuffed with bacon, Dried Cherries, and Fresh Apples. Sauteed in a Apple Brandy Sauce. It was simply Spectacular! Every part just worked together to make something greater than it's parts. I chose a Baked potato as my side and is was excellent. Entrees come with Sweet Rolls. They were super soft and so yummy. The Service was slammed so a little slow. I understood though because a bunch of restaurants chose to close today (Tuesday). Otherwise very friendly and efficient. Overall an easy 5 star review. Next time I'm in the Area, I will be back!

Really glad we stopped in. Great everything from the steak, shrimp, kids meal and wine. Our server was friendly!

Homemade dressing was amazing service was amazing shout out to Jennifer is was very fast friendly very happy she was the best waitress I have ever had 2 apps and 2 entrees we spent 70 dollars but it was worth it it's officially our new date night spot my boyfriend loves perch but he's very picky and he was a huge fan if I could rate this place a 10 star not doubt I would give it 10

Melted cheese over fish was so good, nice beer options and stuff is super friendly

The food was hot and delicious. The servers were friendly and helpful. The staff was all wearing masks. The place was clean and safely spaced for social distancing. The portions sizes are good! I got the Country Benedict yesterday, and we are back for more today. We have been in the Ludington area the last 3 years, and this is the best breakfast place we have been.

Needs renovations! The food was good but didn’t seem worth the price, especially since the building and decor seem so out of date. Our waitress was very nice, but they forgot 3 items that our table ordered. The bathrooms were definitely not up to par with what you’d expect based on their prices. The seating was not very comfortable. Like I said, the food was good, but at those prices you are also paying for an experience and the experience was not up to par. Also, they really need bigger cups for water. I had to refill mine 5-6 times.

I was up here in Ludington on a mini vacation and was looking for a nice local restuarant for dinner. Searched on Google Maps and came upon Scotty's Restaurant. The food was exquisite! I ordered the Apple Bacon Stuffed Chicken and it was delicious. My mother ordered the Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp and was delighted with the crab inside each one. She loved it. The dinner rolls I could tell were homemade and were superb! Even the croutons in my ceasar salad were rather tasty and of a higher quality than your typical croutons. For dessert we both ordered the cheesecake and that did not disappoint in the slightest. It was so rich and creamy. The interior decor was quite pretty and there was even unique art on the walls you can purchase. I definitely plan on making a return visit whenever I'm in Ludington again.
