If you're in San Antonio looking for authentic Texas BBQ, look no further. This place is the epitome of Texas BBQ. It encapsulates everything you envision it to be. The trays of food. Outside picnic table seating. Huge bar with reasonably priced drinks. Corn hole. They do live music. I could talk about the ambiance for days but the BBQ is what's going to keep you coming back. The southern hospitality from our servers was inviting. Made recommendations to us. Talked a little about the restaurant and the events they put on. Next time I'm in San Antonio, this will be at the top of the list. Thank you for the food and hospitality.

Nice atmosphere but the food was pricey with smallish portions. I'm used to BBQ places serving up a ton of food for a low price. There are lots of big screen TV's to watch sports. Note The waitress says only bring you drinks. You have to go and order your own food and wait for it and bring it back to your seat. You also can self-serve at the bar

If you're a local from San Antonio, you'll remember this place used to be a tiny, secret, word of mouth local hangout. Way, smaller than it is now! The vibe in that squeeze in building has grown into an amazing branded name that everyone knows. Yes, of course my family knows Adrian and Carlos, and we're blessed to have seen this place come MORE larger than anyone could imagine! Being modest, the bbq is always great and tasty. Now these days, the food menu has grown immensely! Keep up with these folks when it comes to outdoor fun, shows and more. You'll not be disappointed!

Food is great. Drinks are flowing. Prices are beyond reasonable. Atmosphere is rocking. If your a local or tourist this is the place to visit while in San Antonio. Also, I met the owners and phenomenal group of people as well. I will be back.

Joined a group of friends for Sunday Fun Day at Smoke. We shared a bucket of cold beers and a BBQ platter which came with brisket, sausage and chicken and beans, potato salad and macaroni & cheese. Everything was delicious! At 1pm, they passed out tickets for free crawfish plates with corn and potatoes. It was a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

We had to walk through some questionable streets from the convention center to get here. Nothing unusual, quite expected for a busy city. We liked the quick service, with one indoor section for food and a full bar outside. Very relaxed atmosphere with very good bbq at an affordable price. We really enjoyed the mango margarita. We were there for a late afternoon meal on Friday and they were setting up the stage for some sort of concert for the San Antonio Fiesta. It looked like a fun place to be in that evening.

We parked across the street for 5 bucks at a via lot. There is valet for $10 bucks in the venue parking lot. We were invited to meet here at 7pm. It was not crowded at all. As the evening into night progressed it got busier and busier and the night owls came out. We left around 10ish. The food was good. Mac and Cheese was tasty. They didn't have any Zero Sugar products. The weather was nice and it's open air.

Where should I start. This place is a bar serving bar food therefore they make the food like bar food. This is an entertainment music venue so food quality is last on the their list. Then brisket is no better than what you can cook at home. The macaroni has a weird taste. It's not hard to mess up macaroni but whoever is the chef ,they decided to add way too much and too many needless flavors to the simple dish. The ambiance is cool besides the band rehearsing at at a blaring volume. I mean how long does it take blowing people's ear drums out to know the sound is good. This cover band could do 8 hours of rehearsal and still sound terrible. The beer selection is limited. This place needs some work . Would I come back yes, my first choice No.
