We have been wanting to check out this new place above neighborly and it did not disappoint! It's a complete turnabout from honor amongst thieves with a light and bright space. A lot of recognizable features but with a fresh look. We went for happy hour and had a couple drinks and a couple appetizers which were good. Service was also good. I look forward to going back and trying more of their menu

I really enjoyed St Urban. It's brand new, located upstairs from Neighborly Public House. The decor is unique and fabulous, unlike any other place in town. It's half bar, half restaurant but trying to be more of a cocktail lounge it seems. After all, there's a very good restaurant right downstairs. We did have apps (Hubby loved the oysters on the half shell), a cocktail (a very boozy gin cocktail the name of which I can't remember), and entrees (lasagna and chopped salad with chicken). All very good! Great service! Had a nice visit with the manager! We will definitely return.

A new concept from the same folks behind The Collins and The MacIntosh. A somewhat confusing menu; couldn't figure out what this place is trying to be (one in our party suggested it's a "French bistro" but a good chunk of the menu is pizza). It seems that they're still working out the kinks in the kitchen (had to send a couple things back); food was decent but unremarkable. Staff was friendly. Deal alert: 50% off bottles of wine on "Wine Wednesdays".

Came here for opening night and absolutely loved everything from the friendly staff, layout of the place, to the food and drinks. This will for sure be the place we come to for the relaxing ambiance. The hours aren’t showing correctly at the moment so I’d suggest calling before going in just to be safe for the time being until the hours get updated.

Relaxed atmosphere, interesting menu, great service and very good drinks. (My Old Fashioned was perfect). We were very pleased.
