If you're going to Phoenix downtown and you are near Phoenix Municipal Courts, County Court and Phoenix City Hall you sure check Mom and Pop restaurant. This place is near all these locations. The food is excellent. They have coffee different sandwiches and unbelievable salads. You can do take order out Or of you have time I would dine in. They have plenty of outside seats you can sit and watch people. Plus this is one of the historical buildings in downtown Phoenix. If you enter historical buildings.

Located in a historic building in downtown Phoenix, this is such a sweet spot to grab a coffee and breakfast. Customer service is excellent, food and drinks are fab. Highly recommend!

I got the traffic jam sandwich with the works and i have to say this sandwich changed .y while perspective on what a sandwich should be. The flavor that it had was the greatest thing I have tasted. If you have not been here you need to go immediately.

Love this place. The staff is super friendly, the sandwiches are so good and toasty. The Italian sodas are VERY good.

This place has great sandwiches. The sub rolls they use are fresh and soft and the sandwiches come out perfectly toasted. Sometimes the line gets long if you go at a peak time, but the sandwiches are worth the wait.

I've eaten here while downtown on a handful of occasions. Recently, I had the opportunity to try one of their new subs. I ordered the chicken pizza marinara sub and it came with a free large drink. The ratio was perfect. Not too messy and not too boring and dry. It paired perfectly with the jalapeno chips available. The atmosphere is always bustling and the service is fast but courteous! Will definitely keep going when I'm in the mood for a sandwich downtown.

I really enjoy going to sticklers for a quick sandwich or soup. My favorite is half & half sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. The employees are fantastic and wonderful to converse with.

Had appointment at the Sandra O'Conner building and stopped in for coffee. Not what I was expecting from outside view. Had a menu for food different options, was a liquid diet that morning.
