Taco Cabana

Well it has been a little a bit slacking but overall I have had quick and friendly service. I have had a few mishaps with food some I get corrected and some I just deal it don't be worth the hassle. The drinks however are always great and I am so happy they have all the flavors honestly go back to just mixing without the alcohol cause some days I get one that's great next time too sweet next time it's bland....it could def be more methodical to ensure consistency. Overall I love you all and will be back so keep up the good work.

I typically don’t have issues here, but today there was a staple in my cabana bowl. I was fine & caught it early but what if it was someone’s child eating it and didn’t notice in time? Dangerous. Unsanitary. Thankfully though I did receive a refund with no issue.

Ordered a steak fajita burrito and 2 steak tacos and the steak was burnt. The drive thru took 37 min from speaker to window . Got my food fast but was cold.

My husband and I come in for breakfast almost every morning, the food is always fresh and tasty. Priscilla and Joey are very attentive and friendly. My husband has the vegetarian options. He loves the beyond meat he says it tastes really great. I would recommend.

Very, very disappointing all the way around. After a twenty minute wait for our food, it was already cold by the time we received it. The chicken fajita tacos were dry, the street tacos were dry, the regular beef tacos were dry. The chips were super crispy - the saving grace and only reason it scored as high as 1 star. The bathrooms were disgusting - think nasty, gas station and you get the idea. In the dining room, tables weren't bussed, the floor was greasy, and the salsa bar looked like the battleground of a mini-food fight. From what I saw of the kitchen, as we were leaving, we never should have stayed. The grill was crusted with food particles, the flattop hadn't even gotten a quick wipe-down with a spatula, and the floor was a Hazzard. Thankfully, we didn't get sick from the little we ate.

Wow. This place is the definition of poor quality. Geniuses couldn't understand corn tortillas for my chicken fajitas plate. By the way it wasn't a taco plate but they went ahead did tacos and still they used flour tortillas. And let's not forget to mention that the tacos they put in my plate had only two slices of chicken in each taco. Plus the bean and cheese tacos had a what seemed like a half a tablespoon of beans and the cheese was practically nonexistent. The most disappointing experience ever. I even had to wait for about twenty minutes for my order. You would think waiting that long for my order should have been awesome, far from it. Honestly I don't really do reviews but I'm so disappointed that I couldn't help but say something. I will never go to this restaurant again. I definitely recommend going to another Taco Cabana if you are craving it. Not here. Never here.

20 minutes in drive thru at 10a. Food was trash. Shredded chicken was slimy. Didn’t eat that. Shredded beef was weirdly wet. Only ate a little of that. Pretty terrible tc. Second time at this location and definitely my last. $20 bucks down the drain and now I have to stop for food somewhere else.

Had a few mistakes on our order a couple days ago from door dash.. but we called and Liz took care of it no disrespect! We went there a couple days ago and RODERICK fulfilled the order 110 percent all orders were fresh and satisfying! Usually some Taco Cabana staff rude at other locations... But for being busy all the time they are pretty patient with You!Props to the Rigsby Staff 12/05/22 around 6pm! Badass
