Wonderful ambiance, delicious food *vast selection- which is great for those picky eaters*, prompt/friendly service, excellent wine list, fun cocktails... Nice Northern Michigan hidden gem! No complaints (if there would be, I sure wouldn't go on Google to blast the business without speaking to management!). Thank you Pelican!

We are local and ate at the Side Door on aThursday night. We had beef fajitas and the whitefish sandwich plate. Both were excellent. The fajita meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our server was prompt and friendly. The pub atmosphere and music was great. We’ll be back ?!

My meal , London Broil, with indescribable Ugg! Butternut soup, blackened pea salad and cold Rice(?) mushroom dish was the worst meal,;as well as, financial ripoff, I have ever encountered ?!! Surely this holiday meal must not have been prepared on site. I have owned property in Central Lake for 15 years .I will no longer support Blue Pelican?. Torch Lake has never disappointed , Short’s. In Bellaire and Corner Bistro are superb restaurants as Wei. Is Blue Pelican under new ownership or management? Please return a reply.. I feel an explanation is due.

Outstanding walleye, absolutely delicious meatloaf. Excellent staff, homey atmosphere. The sous chef and servers were outstanding even when they were short staffed! We will definitely be back, what a wonderful experience overall!

The absolute best! We had a rehearsal dinner for our daughter's wedding here in August! They were beyond accommodating! The service and the food were exceptional! We can not thank you enough Blue Pelican! ?

Wonderful experience, walleye was delicious! Gabe our chef was wonderful. Brittany our server was excellent. Highly recommend this beautiful place and their cool seasonal decor.

This restaurant did not have half of the items on the menu. Our waitress was really sweet but someone isn't doing their job - no other restaurant we went to didn't have shrimp, lemonade, chicken wings or staffing/cook issues causing to you not have pasta dishes. ?

Wonderful time on Saturday nights playing Trivia! The discount Saturday night PBR on tap and chicken wings make it a great night!
