The Hoxton, Downtown LA

Cool spot. Great staff. Awesome rooftop with great apps. Layout of the rooms was a little funky and a lot of the utilities weren't intuitive (e.g., faucet, light switch). The coffee cups in my room were dirty. Complimentary canned water. Overall, it was fine. I'll probably try something different next time I'm in LA.

It's a great hotel with a professional polite staff. Our first interaction was with the valet, and Jesus made us feel welcomed. This was reinforced with Matthew at the front desk who made sure that we were taken care of. I would like to say that the rooms are small but have everything that you could need. The room was also very clean and has lots of charm. Will be staying here again.

Overall a beautiful hotel with tasteful design details and friendly staff. The downsides to this hotel were - no breakfast, the bar/restaurant service was lacking (communication and unaware of food service timing), and the bed pillows were 100% down feather fill making them fall flat and uncomfortable for sleeping. We will definitely come back but minor changes would make this hotel five stars!

Stayed for one night for a concert at the Microsoft Theatre, guest service were very nice and gave us some good info on the Microsoft Theatre. The room was nice and clean. We did run into an issue, the valet service left a light on and drained our battery out. Morning crew took care of it right away and called AAA for us and honestly they took full responsibility over it. I would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful, going out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as could be. Rooms were nice and clean. Situated 15 minutes walk from the Convention centre. Love the Cuban/Mexican style and all the little extra quirky “quotes” on all products (cups, pamphlets etc). I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in LA downtown.

Cool, solid spot if you're staying downtown LA. Classic Hoxton design with tasteful details. Staff is extremely friendly and gives great local recommendations. The rooftop pool and bar are nice to enjoy during the day or at sunset. Cozy, clean rooms. Would stay again.

The Hoxton was a great experience, all the staff were kind and professional. The bartenders, Joey and Cole, are fantastic at what they do and they have the knowledge of drinks off the menu and seek to find and create new drinks. Shout out Alexander behind the bar too, they are a really awesome person to talk to and knew of some cool spots around the area!

The location still feels up and coming or maybe that's just how downtown LA feels compared to other parts of the city I saw on my trip. Been to 6 other Hoxton Hotels across the USA and in London. Service is too notch as always. Would stay again as I always have a good time.
