Hip see-&-be-seen rooftop party lounge. Rooftop club at the Andaz Hotel, catering to the velvet-rope crowd & offering VIP bottle service.
Just had breakfast at the Rooftop....utterly disappointed. The picture looks deceiving. Lobster was overcooked, eggs were not runny & again...overcooked. Which is a let down & I'm slightly baffled because I believe we were the first people if not the 2nd group to be on the roof to eat breakfast. Almost 100 bucks for 2 people to eat breakfast... I will suggest other people to go elsewhere. The view is great, I must say, but not worth it. Go here just for drinks instead.
Here is the restaurant for the free globalist breakfast when staying at the Andaz. Food was absolutely delicious and quick service. We were also told by check in that we should not tip at all, as the free breakfast includes a tip too!
Get brunch elsewhere. Overpriced and overcooked. The space seems nice, but the food was pretty disappointing. I didn’t get any of drinks, and it might have a great nightlife potential, but definitely don’t bring friends here for the breakfast. $34 after tip for this Benedict and plain coffee.
The Citrus crusted salmon was divine! If I could go here 3xs a week I would be a happy Princess. The customer service was so amazing. Give it a try.
Probably the best rooftop lounge in the city. Awesome views. Very stylish decor and tons of space.
Such a great view. If you have the budget beyond the sandwiches please go and experience. However, if all you can afford is the sandwich or appetizer it's still great! It's nice as a date night or a casual night out.
I had the lemon drop. Which was good. I also had the fish tacos which were pretty tasty. Gorgeous view. Fire pit and lots of seating!
Awesome spot to watch the sunsets in San Diego above the Gaslamp Quarter at Andaz Hotel. I love the couches and fire pits, which are really nice around sunset into the evening and the perfect vibe for a date or night out with friends or family. I tried their San Diego Sour which has Del Maguey Vida, Pineapple, Lemon, an Egg White, and a Red Wine floater. It was excellent. Easy drinking especially with the breeze and views. The Mezcalifornia also intrigued me with Aperol, Illegal Mezcal, Don Julio Blanco, Liquid Alchemist Coconut, Pineapple, and Lime. I fully recommend both drinks. Most drinks on the menu are $16 which is typical for a rooftop bar and they also have house margaritas. A number of mocktails are also on the list for those trying to cut out alcohol including an Apertif Spritz, No-Groni, Pina Colada, and other options. Recommend this spot!
