Tryst Cafe

This place is such a gem. My husband, who has celiac disease (gluten allergy), and I have come here for breakfast/brunch a few times. Everything is delicious and fresh. The breakfast burrito with roasted potatoes is great and can be modified to be vegetarian. And we LOVE the quinoa banana pancake! They also have green iced tea. Yum! The patio is in the shade all day and is cool even in the summer when it’s hot because they have powerful mister fans (see photo). So if you want to be able to eat outdoors in the summer this is your place!! The menu is pretty large, lots of options, and servers are always nice, friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Christiane for always taking great care of us! Overall a solid local restaurant (they have a location in Chandler too). I just realized they are open for dinner too! The dinner menu looks good. Excited to check it out.

Definitely a new favorite spot! Amazing service, delicious food, and an excellent calming atmosphere. Many of amazing vegetarian and vegan options as well! Everything was fresh and overall stunning.

The menu has many gluten free, vegetarian or vegan choices. We ate brunch with corn beef hash and I tried avocado toast with an over medium egg. The dish was very good but I wasn't a fan of the crunchy nuts (beer nuts?). They were very hard and over the top texture. Other than that, service was excellent and food was good.

Great music playing in this laid back environment, and the food makes it even better! I had the steak salad for lunch and it was delicious. Staff are attentive and pleasant. Definitely come!

The corn beef hash and eggs were delicious! Pricing is great! Pancakes are very big! My friend got the veggie omelet but didn’t like it because it was full size vegetables stuffed in an egg but everything else was great!

I love Tryst. The jackfruit bowl is one of my favorites but I also love the beet salad and the banana quinoa vegan pancakes. The service is great, very prompt and attentive. Rachael and Mercedes always give the best suggestions.

Bottomless Mimosas, awesome staff (love Mercedes) and AMAZING food. Did I mention bottomless mimosas? And they have different flavors. The sweet potato tots taste really great and guess what!?! They have bottomless mimosas!

I had Sunday brunch at Tryst Cafe and ordered the Breakfast Croissant sandwich. It was good but nothing special. I really liked the ambiance - contemporary and casual. I think it is a hidden gem because while it is right across from the Desert Ridge shopping complex, there was no wait. I would come back again to try other menu items.
