Enter from 40th Ave. Turn left on Mohave st. You can park on either side of road. Best to arrive the afternoon before your delivery appointment. You can check in at 0230, try to be one of the first trucks to back to a door and you won't have to fight other trucks getting backed in. Back through gate to your door. Lumper will call. They will call when you bills are ready.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO COME TO THIS FACILITY ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE NEW ON THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY. THERE’S NO SPACE AT THIS FACILITY AT ALL ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE OTHER TRUCKS PARKED AT THE DOCKS. YOU HAVE TO BACK UP FROM THE STREET, DRIVE THRU THE GATE AND IF THERE ARE TRUCKS PARKING WHILE YOU’RE BACKING UP YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO PARK FIRST. I GOT DOCK 24 AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR A COUPLE OF TRUCKS TO PARK AND THEN PROCEED BACKING UP TO THE DOCK DOOR. THERES A BIG HYDRANT PIT WITH YELLOW POLES AROUND IT BLOCKING YOUR WAY TO PARK ON THE BACK DOCK DOORS. AVOID THIS FACILITY IF YOU CAN ITS MY SUGGESTION.

Size of a postage stamp! Must back in thru gate, no consideration for the size of big trucks. This place will test your backing skills!! Thinking I'd like to strangle the developer, architect, and engineer.

Overnight parking available on street . Need appointment . Check in 3am unloading quickly . But no restroom for driver . Shame on all management . We all are human too . Think about it

Full delivery instructions below. Nice office people & lumbers. FlyingJ & Circle K are close. Some street parking. They have a bathroom. Be clean please, few US Foods will let you use their bathroom. 2-4 hour unload. Receiving opens at 3am. Instructions. 1.Come in on 40th street not 39th. This will set you up correctly to back in. 2. Park on street. 3. Bring paperwork to the far side of the yard. Door is up the steps. Ring bell. They will give you a door number. 4. Back in through the gate from the street. 5. Backup past your door at least a truck length. 6. Hug the trucks as you pull forward and setup. If you are over too far it will make it more difficult to alley dock because you'll run out of room for the rig to pivot. 7. Open doors. 8. Alley Dock. This is a difficult place if you aren't used to it. Take your time. 9. Slide tandems to the rear. 10. Bump da dock. 11. Chock the tires. 12. They will call for the lumper fee and then call again to come get the paperwork. 13. Remove chock. 14. Reset your tandems 15. Finally get gone. Safe travels driver.

i had trouble backin to door 8 appt at 6am checked in at 5:30am. place is just too tight when you have trucks on both sides. door (7 and 9) the fence also takes some space away for those spots. i waited until door 7 moved out then i backed in after waiting and trying over 1 hour to get into the spot. (also had trouble sliding my tandems as brakes not working right on trailer.) trailer would just keep rolling haha, yes getting fixed right now. honestly if they made everybody disconect and go park at the street or over by the checking office in door 30 it wouldnt be as bad.

Just follow the instructions on the previous comments. Appointment at 0300 out by 0340 fast. Like the previous comments stated backing up can be a bit tricky.
