Modern haunt for coffee & vegan eats. Contemporary, laid-back vegan outlet supplying small plates & hearty entrees, plus coffee & beers.
One of the best vegan restaurants in the valley! I’ve tried a majority of their menu and nothing has disappointed. My non-vegan family has also enjoyed eating here with me. The goth waffles are always a favorite dessert. My all time favorite menu item was the fried oyster mushrooms with marinated kale, marinara sauce, and ranch (mock calamari). Please bring it back sometimes Verdura! <3 Overall, this place is truly wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone, not just vegans.
We decided to try Verdura out after reading a lot of positive reviews. We were a little puzzled as to what to expect when we read one review about someone complaining about the prices being “high” and then the restaurant having the nerve to ask for a tip up front. When we got there we realized it’s no different than going to say, Flower Child or Tocaya Modern Mexican where you order at the register and they give you a number and you go sit down and they bring it to you. Pricing was similar. The staff was super kind and fast. They were working very hard and were great. We ordered the tacos, the supreme burrito, the “Lavender Moon” and “a Little Familiar” drinks. All of it was FANTASTIC! The Little Familiar drink was out of control by the way. So good we had two! We definitely will come back down again and looking forward to trying their brunch as well.
Wow! The staff is friendly, the vibe is inviting, and the food is amazing! I had the nachos, and they're perfect! So many flavors its mind-blowing. I also had the lentil burger which is incredible. Lastly, the strawberry lemonade. I didn't know lemonade could taste this good ?
One of my favorite vegan places! They have it all from brunch to dinner to coffee and cocktails. I’m a huge fan of their mac and cheese and nachos. They make their cheese in house instead of using the nasty vegan cheese which I love! They also have weekly rotating specials that never disappoint
I was surprised how tasty the food was. I had wedge fries, my husband had gonzo fries and the cheese sauce was great! My son had the Irish nachos. He didn't realize it was nachos on potatoes, he said it was tasty. It took a very very long time to get our food, an hour is a long time, then we only got one pitcher of water for 5 people. You order on your phone, the server brings water once then your food and you're expected to tip BEFORE getting poor service.
Excellent! "Eggs" in Purgatory is stellar and also, not eggs. I'm not vegan but I love the food here. Good coffee drinks as well! I've had the breakfast tacos, and they are also fantastic. Kind, friendly staff. Movies playing on the wall. Chill.
Verdura is one of the best spots in the vegan game. I tried the loaded fries with “chicken” seitan and fell in love. The carnitas tacos were everything I could have hoped for. Everything was well cooked; anything that’s supposed to be crispy is very much so. The kitchen clearly knows how to season food. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, vegan or not.
Probably the best vegan restaurant I've been to in life! Do yourself a favor and go here. Plus wonderful, high energy team working there.
