Uncooked/RAW Chicken is the most dangerous to eat. & that’s exactly what I received at the ferry Wendy’s. Very hazardous, horrifying & violates all food safety regulations & protocols. Can’t believe they served something like this.

Useless, unhelpful, rude staff! Half the items on the menu were not available, the coffee was cold and my wife was given the wrong burger, which is incredible considering we were the only customers there at the time, the woman cooking kept on moaning about having to cook eggs (we were there are breakfast time) When my wife complained about the coffee and burger the woman said " what do you expect, we had a flood this morning!" Not sure what that had to do with her incompetence, it also made matters worse for her as a couple of native New Yorkers heard my wife complain about the coffee, tried there own, realised it was cold and REALLY kicked off at her! At this point we left, and we won't ever be back.

I made a simple order of large chili and large coke. Funny thing is I preordered lunch for 11:55AM. I arrive at 12:05PM to find it wasn't present on their system. I showed mobile receipt and the staff refused to make it. She made the excuse that someone stole it. Somehow I'm led to believe that someone took in within 10 minutes. She then intentionally stalled for time hoping it would show up. The problem was I was on break and in a different Wendy's I waited an hour from a similar conflict, however, they served my order. I had to call customer service to get a refund and even informing her of that fact fell on death ears. She didn't once considered that the customer was hungry and ignored my suggestions.

Their mobile service is terrible for this location and poor customer service, as if they only serve a certain type of customer. 1 star…. Update, went again. Still lack of service and communication… 85 Nassau way better and organized Oh yes, to the black guy behind the register, I didn’t hire you and I didn’t make the choices for you that led to you working at Wendy’s, all I’m saying is provide that service you told them you were going to give at that interview. This ain’t about race, I’m black too, you just need to be better

Stopped by during morning rush hour to grab a breakfast. The cashier, skinny black guy was taking a time of his life with a customer before me. 3 people left the line while he was serving 1 customer. Also, when it was my turn and I pointed out his slow work pace, he gave me an attitude and rolled his eyes. Shame !

I tried to get breakfast here today and the two employees were going back and forth about not having change and asking what orders they are up to. Nothing was getting done they seemed frantic couldn't even take one persons order completely in the time i stood in line. I left disappointed. I think they need more staff in the AM ive been there other occasions in the afternoon without issue

Mobile order with Wendy's gift card as payment never work in this location. Mobile coupon lost with the error and they won't honor the mobile coupon promotion on site. Then my punishment for complaining is a half filled chili. Worst Wendy's ever.

The workers at this site are lazy and slow. (Evening shift) service is the worst and they don't care if they taking there time with your order on hand when the boat docs . I missed the boat and she had nerve to tell me there was no more sauce for the taco salad after all that literally took for ever to give me my bag ended up getting a refund. I love the morning crew otherwise
