I’m absolutely loving a new find in my fridge: bananamilk. Since I bought it, I’ve been sipping it nonstop — it’s truly bananamazing. I used it to make whole wheat banana crepes and the result was divine.

I’m writing this just after we enjoyed these crepes for breakfast with fresh fruit and a glass of bananamilk. The kids finished every bite and my husband kept nibbling while I cooked more. They’re that good.
The best part: these crepes feel indulgent but are made with simple, wholesome ingredients and Sir Bananas® Bananamilk, which gives them a subtle, natural banana flavor.

Sir Bananas® Bananamilk comes in two flavors — original and chocolate — both made with real bananas. I picked mine up in the dairy aisle at Walmart.

Resist the urge to drink the whole carton — save some to serve with the crepes. These come together quickly and make a satisfying breakfast the whole family will enjoy.
Since I’ve recently resumed homeschooling, I appreciate easy breakfast recipes that come together fast so we can move on to lessons. These banana crepes take under 30 minutes to make and my kids always eat them without a fuss.

The ingredient list is simple: whole wheat flour, bananamilk, honey, eggs, a pinch of salt, water, and coconut oil for the pan. Nothing complicated — just good, familiar pantry staples.

Whisk the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter. I used a whisk, but you can also blend everything for a few seconds in a blender for an ultra-smooth batter.

Heat a skillet, lightly coat it with coconut oil, pour just enough batter to cover the bottom, cook a minute per side, and repeat until the batter is gone.

Serve warm with fresh fruit and a drizzle of real maple syrup if you like, and don’t forget a cold glass of bananamilk alongside.

The crepes are light, soft, and slightly sweet with a gentle banana note. We wished there were leftovers, but they disappeared fast — a sign this recipe is a keeper. I’ll be making these again and again.
Enjoy, friends!
