FRUIT AND YOGURT POPSICLES

We made these popsicles “for the kids” but oh man they were so satisfying, we became a kid. They are perfectly healthy too.
You only need four ingredients to achieve this. Don’t fret if you can’t find strawberries. You could use another kind of fruit for this. Mango will be great. Freshly squeezed orange juice will be divine. Watermelon will be uh ah-mazingggg.
Blend the hell out of them until smooth.Place into ice cube trays. We filled two ice cube trays with the mixture.Let that freeze for about an hour then when it is slightly hard, place Popsicle sticks in each. Brethren, we didn’t have Popsicle sticks so we used plastic spoons. Survival tactics.Let that freeze to perfection. It takes about 3 hours. You could also leave that overnight. Before serving, remove from freezer and let it rest for about 2 to 5 minutes.Enjoy and be the kid that you really are!
So healthy that you could even have them for breakfast.
