Homemade Waffles

Homemade Waffles are so easy to make! They are great for breakfast, brunch or even dinner. These waffles are so fluffy – you’ll want to make them again and again!

One of the perks of staying home with our girls is that almost every morning we can go into the kitchen and make a fancy breakfast for us to enjoy.

Some of our favorite moments are those when we just sit around the table, eat the satisfying food we just made and chat.

Homemade Waffles are a stable part of our breakfast rotation. There’s just something about hot fresh homemade waffles.

Those crispy edges, that fluffy middle, the way the waffles soak up butter or maple syrup. Or the way they marry well with whipped cream, jam or whatever topping you like.

When we take a bite of fresh homemade waffles and sip some green tea, we remind myself that we are living our best life. You can’t tell us otherwise!

We have a small waffle maker we acquired years ago. It is the only waffle maker we have ever owned. It does the job well.

Our waffle maker only makes two waffles at once so we are looking to upgrade to a waffle iron that makes 4 waffles at ones so our girls don’t have to wait too long for their hot waffles in the morning.
