
I made these popsicles for the kids, but they were so good I felt like a kid myself. They’re simple, refreshing, and nutritious — light enough to enjoy as a snack or even for breakfast.

This recipe requires only four basic ingredients. If strawberries aren’t available, substitute your favorite fruit: mango will make a creamy, tropical version; freshly squeezed orange juice brightens the flavor; watermelon yields a juicy, summery treat.

Yogurt and Fruit Popsicles
Ingredients

Freezing time: 3–5 hours
6 large strawberries (or about 1 cup of another fruit)
2 small cups plain or flavored yogurt
1 cup skim milk (or milk of choice)
2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. If your blender is small, blend in batches until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, with no visible fruit chunks remaining.

3. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or popsicle molds. I filled two ice cube trays for this batch.

4. Freeze for about one hour until the surface is slightly firm, then insert popsicle sticks. If you don’t have sticks, small plastic spoons work fine in a pinch.

5. Return the molds to the freezer and freeze until solid, about 3 hours or overnight for best results. Before serving, let the popsicles sit at room temperature for 2–5 minutes so they release easily from the mold.
These yogurt and fruit popsicles are flexible: swap fruits, use Greek yogurt for extra protein, or replace honey with maple syrup for a vegan option. Simple to make and delightfully fresh—enjoy and rediscover that carefree feeling!
