This week I dressed up for Valentine’s Day and took some photos. It was my first time wearing a truly red lipstick. When I first looked in the mirror it felt strange and I almost wiped it off. Instead I decided to be bold and wear it proudly — after all, Valentine’s Day is full of red, so my lips should join in.

Mr N surprised me with a generous box of chocolates — it felt like a lifetime supply.

First, I have to check my flowers.

Well, there go my plans to cut down on belly fat.
Mr N clearly put thought into this chocolate. It would be rude not to try some — or maybe all of them.
