The other day I went on a baking and frying spree. Here are the results:
Chocolate mint cupcakes:

These cupcakes are irresistible. The combination of rich chocolate and cool peppermint is a perfect match. My daughter declared, “THIS IS THE BEST CUPCAKE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!”
I’ll share the full recipe on my Facebook page.
Homemade bread:

There’s nothing like fresh homemade bread. It tastes better and is healthier than store-bought loaves. After a few tries it becomes second nature to bake at home. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve made bread, and I keep refining my methods and recipes.
Gateau:

I’m determined to finish every batch. I’m also grateful for a warming cup of ginger tea to revive me after long hours in the kitchen. I posted a gateau recipe and I’ll share a how-to video soon on my YouTube channel for anyone who wants a step-by-step guide.
On Sunday, church was full of joy. We celebrated baptisms and cheered as each person was immersed. It was a powerful moment watching people make a public declaration of their faith, and the worship was deeply moving. I held back tears as we cheered together, imagining how wonderful heaven will be.
Over the weekend everyone mentioned the “Super Bowl.” I’m still catching up—what is that?
Wishing you a wonderful rest of the week!
