A delicious sparkling rosé cocktail made with Cointreau, fresh mint, orange slices and chopped strawberries. Refreshing, simple to assemble and full of bright spring/summer flavours. Cheers!
Because it’s the weekend…

It’s Saturday — no work, the sun is shining and it’s time to relax. I like to make weekends feel a little special, and often that means enjoying a cheeky cocktail or two.
Enter the Cointreau Rosé Cocktail with chopped strawberries. It’s incredibly easy, using just a few ingredients, and yields a bright, citrusy drink with a fizzy rosé finish. Best part: you get boozy strawberries to nibble at the end.
How To Make This Cointreau Rosé Cocktail
Fill a tumbler or wine glass halfway with ice. Pour in 1/2 shot of Cointreau (use a full shot if you prefer a stronger drink, but taste first).
Top up with sparkling rosé wine to your preferred level and give it a gentle stir.

Finish with a large orange slice, a handful of chopped strawberries and a sprig of mint. Tip: add edible flowers if you want an extra pretty presentation.
Top tip: If you don’t have sparkling rosé, use regular rosé and top with soda water for fizz.
